is to encourage your patients to follow
your diabetes management care plan. In partnership with you
and your staff, The Precision Footwear Center’s Certified Pedorthist will work with your
patients to obtain accurately sized
and custom-fitted shoes and inserts. All patients’ should
have an appointment and bring
with them the Physician Certification Statement and Therapeutic
Footwear Prescription.
Our staff will process all insurance
paperwork including Medicare and Medicaid. We want your patients
to be completely satisfied with our products and services
and we will modify any custom-fitted shoes and inserts for
up to one year after the date of purchase.
